Instructional Design

I’m hell-bent on designing training that’s as engaging as it is effective. I’m determined to increase knowledge, change behaviour and improve performance rather than create training for the sake of it.

eLearning Development

Leveraging my background in design, I like to combine clean graphics with advanced rapid-authoring techniques to create visually impressive eLearning solutions.

Video Production

I have vast experience in creating animated explainers, talking heads and software tutorial videos. I run a productised service called Videobites and host a popular eLearning YouTube channel.

eLearning on YouTube

In order to share my journey and support fellow eLearning professionals, my YouTube channel hosts tutorial videos, industry insights and personal vlogs.

I really enjoy the creative process and discussion that ensues after each new video.

If you haven’t subscribed yet, what you waiting for?

We recently started delivering eLearning but had to improve the quality. Ant added valuable experience and helped us design the perfect solution.

Well there’s not too much to say. I’m a 40-year old Brit enjoying life in Oz. I support the eLearning community via my YouTube channel and eventual aim is to do that full-time. In the meantime, I’m excited to work on interesting projects with fun clients.

When I’m not working, I love scooting with my daughter around the lake, watching Aston Villa and listening to Pearl Jam. If you want more, my YouTube channel gets pretty personal. This video is one of my favourites and explains how I got into eLearning.

When we started eLearning we weren’t sure how to guarantee learning outcomes. Ant understood our needs and we are very happy with the course he delivered.
